Voglia d’Italia (the Italian Society for South Yorks and North Notts) presents a talk entitled ‘Recent advances in Roman Archaeology in Britain and Beyond’ at their next meeting.
Simon Tomson, archaeologist and popular lecturer, returns to give an update on recent Roman discoveries such as those at Pompeii, the Norton Disney Dodecahedron, the Cambridgeshire Roman Crucifixion and a newly identified Roman Emperor.
