Seated Exercise Classes
The Crossing hosts fitness and fun for everyone. Seated and gentle exercise sessions are available for people of all ages and abilities. They are a fun way to meet new people whilst improving your strength, mobility and fitness.
There are two classes on Tuesday mornings — from 9.50am to 10.50am and from 11.00am to 12.00pm.
