Summer Reading Challenge

This year’s theme is Marvellous Makers, and the library will be running an activity each week over summer.

The Summer Reading Challenge build confidence in young readers and keep their reading up during the school holidays.

They will need to borrow and read six books from the library over the summer to participate in the challenge. Children can read any books they like – from chapter books, comics or even information books.

Collect stickers on your reading journey! When participants complete the challenge, they will receive a special certificate, medal and they will be entered into a prize draw.
