Santa will again be visiting the Retford area courtesy of Retford Lions Club most evenings in December. Unless otherwise stated he will be setting out each night from 3rd December at 6.00pm on weekdays and 5.00pm on Saturdays and Sundays, finishing at 8.00pm providing the weather, etc, allows.
The sequence of events starts with Santa’s Grotto on Sunday 1st December at approximately 12.30pm, when Santa arrives in the Town Hall Square for Retford Christmas Festival. Children can meet Santa and receive a small present.
Sleigh routes are optimised so the maximum numbers of children meet Santa. He will not be touring East Markham this year, but children can see him outside the Queens Hotel instead; also at the Eyre Arms in Rampton. See below for dates and times for your area.
