Retford District MS Society Support Group’s monthly coffee, cake, and chat gathering will take place on Friday 6th September at The Well, Hospital Road, Retford DN22 7BD, starting at 10.30am. Anyone affected by MS is warmly welcomed by the friendly group members and supporters.
On Friday 4th October, the group will host a Mug ‘N’ Muffin Morning Fundraiser to celebrate 70 years of the MS Society. Bring friends, family, and neighbours for a fun morning where everyone will have the chance to choose a lucky muffin to win a prize while enjoying a mug of something hot!
Additional attractions will include a tombola, a cake and confectionery stall, a preloved fashion rail with accessories, and a bottle stall where everyone wins a prize.
The fundraiser will be held at The Well from 10.30am to 12.00pm.
Weekly Zoom meetings for physiotherapy, exercise, wellbeing sessions, and social chats continue as usual.
Retford Heritage Day is set for Saturday 14th September, and the group will be represented in The Town Hall Ballroom from 10.00am to 2.00pm. Pop in to say hello!
