After a cautious start Messy Church in Ordsall is up and running and gearing up for the Easter session on Good Friday, 15th April at 10.00am in the Parish Hall on Church Lane in Ordsall, DN22 7TU.

There are eight different activities for children of all ages to get stuck into, with play equipment even for the very little ones. Children need to be accompanied by an adult guardian; child safeguarding is in place. As usual at all Messy Church activities, everyone enjoys a free meal afterwards but of course contributions, if you can afford it, are welcomed.

Messy Church is a great fun session for everyone, adults included. Do go along and give it a try.

If you are interested, would like to know more, or would like to be counted in for the Fish Fingers and Chips after the Good Friday session, contact Lavinia on 01777 704116.

Messy Church in Ordsall meets each third Friday of the month around 3.45pm after school. There is a regular group that attends but more are needed. Go along and meet the new Vicar, Reverend Alex Shiells, who was licensed to his first Parish by the Bishop last month. See how messy you can get him to be!
