Les Francophiles de Tickhill’s 2024-2025 programme starts on 2nd October when a member will be talking about his son’s property in France, ‘Le Manoir de la Roche’. He will be describing the renovations made to make the most of its attractions for tourists to run it as a business – all challenging commitments.
Subscriptions will also be due in October. If you are a renewing member, the Treasurer will be in contact with you beforehand to explain how this can be done.
New members will be very welcome on the night when they will be able to enrol and subscribe at £20.00 per person. This covers the ten meetings throughout the year and all refreshments.
The group meets in the Parish Room, Tickhill, at 7.30pm on the first Wednesday of each month between October and July. Meetings are in English but there is always opportunity to practise your French over tea and coffee by joining those members of the group who are experienced French speakers.
