20th April 2024 will see the next annual reunion of Old Retfordians: past pupils of the (now closed) King Edward VI Grammar School.
Expect
- the pleasant surroundings of Ye Olde Bell in Barnby Moor,
- the relaxed company of pupils having travelled from far and wide,
- sharing of common memories and pranks, and
- comfortable accommodation which many members take advantage of to stay over.
Attendees are repeatedly surprised at how many stories they have in common with pupils often much younger, or much older, than them.
