“Why did Tigger look down the toilet? To look for Pooh”. Cubs and Scouts at 7th Retford enjoyed a Zoom meeting about Toilet Twinning to coincide with the International Day of the Toilet in November. They had a whole list of silly toilet jokes to keep them amused, as well as some serious stuff from the Toilet Twinning Organisation. read more

A very happy new year to all members and friends of the Wednesday Group. The group’s organisers are hoping that this year will be much happier than last with all its restrictions. They’d barely got their year’s programme started when they had to close for the pandemic, so for over nine months of last year they have only been able to keep in touch by phone and email and a small number of summer meetings in the garden. read more
