North and South Wheatley Village Hall

While most of the COVID-related restrictions have been lifted, North and South Wheatley Village Hall is taking a cautious approach with the safety of users being of paramount importance. For example, while both meeting rooms are available for use, they may not be used simultaneously by different groups and the number of people allowed to attend events has been reduced. As part of the Hall’s commitment to support local groups, room hire rates have been halved for the remainder of this year with the main hall now costing only £6.00 per hour and the committee room a mere £4.25 per hour.

The Quiz Night held last month was very successful, with all tickets being sold in advance of the event. It was good to see the Village Hall in full use again.

The next event is ‘A Night at the Races’ on Saturday 20^th November starting at 7.00pm. Tickets cost £5.00, including supper, and can be purchased from Manor Stores in South Wheatley. For more details, please contact Charlotte on 07799 483854 or message the Facebook Page.

Events being planned for the coming months include a coffee morning in December. More details of this event will be announced next month.
