There was a very good turnout for the November coffee morning. It was lovely to see some new faces alongside the regulars!

The next coffee mornings at Lea Village Hall are on Friday 6th December and then Friday 3rd January. Please join them for a cup of tea or coffee and a delicious slice of homemade cake or tasty savoury option, and may be a mince pie or two! The coffee morning will run from 10.30am to 12.00pm and costs only £2.50 per person.

Also, at the December coffee morning, there will be a big welcome for Stuart from Willow Craft showcasing his work in time for those extra Christmas decorations. There will also be a raffle with half the proceeds being donated to Dementia UK, the charity of the month.

The coffee mornings provide a safe warm space for everyone who may feel lonely or who just wants to get out and meet some new people. Why not pop in if passing while walking your dog? They also run a book swap and invite you to catch up on some reading. Have you just moved to the village and would like to meet some locals?

The coffee mornings will run on the first Friday of every month and a warm welcome awaits you.

On Saturday 7th December Susie is running Wreath Making workshops, 10.30am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm. Enjoy a Prosecco, mince pie, tea and coffee. You can book a place by contacting Susie on 07788 802733 or 07903 447032.
