You are invited to Sutton Art Group’s Annual Exhibition in St Bartholomew’s Church in Sutton cum Lound on Saturday 20th November from 12.00pm to 3.00pm.
Pop in for a browse round and see what the village art group produces. There is no entry charge, but tea and cakes are available to purchase. Last year, the group raised £300 for two local charities, and most was raised at the exhibition from the sale of teas, etc, and the most splendid of raffles.
Pop the date in your diary, they really value your support.
Following the coronavirus lockdown, on 10th September the Art Group restarted its Friday morning sessions in the Village Hall. A small celebration was held on the 17th with almost all members attending.
There are now a couple of vacancies so if you wish to join, please contact Joan Reiter on 01777 711647. Interested but not sure? – then they encourage potential new members to go for a session, or part of a session, to find out what it’s like before making a decision. If lots of people wish to join, they may have to operate a waiting list.
