Rotherham Civic Theatre are so excited to be bringing Robin Hood to the theatre as their pantomime this year, and you could be in with a chance of winning a family ticket!
Robin Hood promises to be a fun filled adventure with all the usual, fabulous Rotherham panto madness.
Robin Hood and his Merry Men are far from merry. The evil Sherriff of Nottingham has raised taxes yet again and the rumour is Maid Marion has escaped into Sherwood Forest with Penny and Peter, the Sherriff’s niece and nephew. Robin has to inspire Freya Tuck, Little Jane and Will Scarlet to help feed the poor of Nottingham, rescue Maid Marion and save the babes in the wood.
Audiences will be delighted Rotherham’s favourite funny man Nathan Guy is back on stage as Will Scarlet alongside another favourite from last year’s panto, Emily Vinnicombe as Freya Tuck.
They are joined by Kieran Lynch in the title role of Robin Hood, Neil Varu as Little Jane, Phoebe Nixon as Fairy Flutterby and Bethan Searle as the dastardly Sheriff of Nottingham with a junior ensemble of talented local youngsters.
