Dadesley Crafting

Dadesley Crafting has two ‘destash’ markets and an Artisan Christmas Craft Market coming up. All three events are at Woodfield Park, Tickhill Road, Balby, DN4 8QP.

The Christmas Craft Market is on Sunday 17th November, 11.00am to 3.00pm. Everything sold is handcrafted by the person behind the stall. It’s free entry, free parking and there’s a fantastic café serving lovely food on site.

The destash markets are on Saturdays 19th October and 25th January, both at 11.00am to 2.00pm.

These markets offer a unique opportunity, especially for those new to crafting, to gather affordable craft supplies and grow their crafty stash. They are not outlets for selling crafted items but rather for sharing excess supplies, such as extra paper pads, dies, tapes, flowers, cards, materials, buttons, and much more.

The benefits of attending a destash market include:

  • Free entry and parking: No costs to attend.
  • Dog-friendly venues: Both the café and the main house welcome furry friends.
  • Amenity-rich experience: Enjoy delightful cakes and refreshments at the onsite café.
  • Environmental impact: Help the environment by preventing surplus craft supplies from becoming waste.
  • Community engagement: Meet and connect with other crafters who are eager to share their hints and tips, especially useful for beginners.

These markets leverage the power of community, sustainability, and creativity, making them an essential event for any crafting enthusiast.
