Retford Business Forum (RBF) is delighted to promote another year of Retford Big Market Days in Retford Town Centre, starting on Saturday 17th February 2024.
There will be the usual great selection of market stalls at the Farmers Market – whether you are looking for cheese, porridge, jam, venison, pork, pies, bread, or more, the Farmers Market outside the Town Hall has a brilliant choice of quality produce. The Craft Market in the Buttermarket, at the rear of Retford Town Hall, has a range of gifts, books, bags, cards, and a café run by Girlguiding Retford. The Traditional Saturday Market on Retford Market Square brings together a variety of products including clothing, food, plants, and household goods.
There will also be brilliant free entertainment for all of the family every month, including balloon modelling, stilt walkers, circus skills workshop, Punch and Judy Show, and much more – free for all to enjoy.

Retford Christmas Market 2024 will be on Sunday 24th November and, guess what… it will be bigger and better than ever!
There will also be lots of other events through the year – not all of them run by Retford Business Forum, but they are delighted to support them. Don’t miss: Retford Reads (8th June), Make Music Day (21st June), Babworth Arts Festival (November), Rotary Santa Fun Run (December), Winter Festival of Light (December) and many more – there is always something happening around Retford!
