12th Annual Art Exhibition
Friday 6th (5.00pm to 9.00pm) and Saturday 7th (10.00am to 5.30pm) October
The Town Hall is happy to announce its 12th Annual Art Exhibition. The exhibition will showcase a range of artistic techniques including painting, pottery, textiles and glass craft and there will be the opportunity to buy.
Local artists, and some from further afield, display up to four paintings in any medium. Each year has been a bit different, with some regular exhibitors and some new ones each time. The standard is very high and there are quite a few sales.
Tea and coffee and snacks available throughout and the bar will be open on the Friday evening. Admission is free, catalogues are £1.00 and all proceeds go to support the Town Hall charity.
Cook Stars Halloween Cooking Party
Tuesday 24th October
Make, bake and decorate a spooky selection of Halloween biscuits. Join in with Halloween crafts – make your own scary mask, create your own mummy and personalise a Halloween bag. Best dressed wins a prize!
