Here’s just a few of The Blues Club’s recent charitable donations thanks to the charity nights:

  • £500 to Korean’s fundraising towards her £30,000 target for her operation
  • £1,000 to Stroke Association
  • £300 to Gainsborough Free Christmas Day Lunch
  • £1,000 to Gainsborough Adventure Playground
  • £1,000 to Gainsborough Heritage Centre
  • £500 to Friends of Parkinson’s Gainsborough

The Committee couldn’t do this without your continuous support through purchasing tickets for their Charity Nights, buying raffle tickets and making donations to the raffle. The Club would like to thank everyone for their support.

Here’s what’s charity nights are coming up at The Blues Club:

  • Saturday 11th February: Valentine’s night! There will be Jaxx Band supported by soul and Motown man Lance Gold, followed by a disco. In addition there will be the Club’s famous hot food supper at your reserved table, all for only £20.00.
  • Saturday 11th March: Love Distraction, the UK’s number one tribute to The Human League. They will be supported by Ian Marshall and followed by a disco. Again this is great value at £12.50.
  • Saturday 1st April: requested by one of the Club’s regulars, The Sabinelles – a tribute to the girl bands of the sixties. Supported by Colin Powell and followed by a disco. Tickets only £10.00.
  • Saturday 6th May: back by popular demand, the return of ex-Drifters Mr Roy G Hemmings. Roy will be supported by the ever-popular Emma Kelsey and followed by Ady’s disco. Tickets for Roy Hemmings always sell out but remain at the brilliant price of £15.00; book early to avoid disappointment.
  • Saturday 10th June: Under The Covers duo, plus Hilton John followed by Ady’s disco. Tickets for this night are just £5.00.

Please order tickets as early as possible, both to avoid disappointment and to ensure enough visible interest for the evenings to proceed.

Tickets are available though your normal channels or ring 07508 320243 or 07931 762159.
