If you love singing why not go and meet the newly re-branded choir, The Allegra Voice Choir.
Originally formed as Scofton Community Choir, unfortunately numbers decreased after the long-enforced break during the pandemic.
The choir, although small, has lovely, harmonised vocals and they meet during term time every Tuesday evening at 7.15pm to 8.30pm at the beautiful St John the Baptist Church in Clarborough.
Their musical director, James Fox, ensures they have fun whilst singing a variety of vocal arrangements and their current repertoire of songs include:
- Bohemian Rhapsody
- Psalm 23 – The Lord is My Shepherd – from The Vicar of Dibley
- You Raise Me Up
You do not get this range of music at many choirs!
They would love to build this choir into a thriving community and hopefully perform a few concerts for the public and their friends.
