Heritage Talk: The Best of Bassetlaw

Join local historian and author Adrian Gray on Wednesday 18th May at 2.00pm to discover ‘The Best of Bassetlaw’ – this month’s heritage talk at Worksop Library. Bassetlaw is an interesting but often overlooked area covering north Nottinghamshire. It contains stately homes, historic villages and a large section of the Trent valley. Adrian’s talk brings together some of the most interesting places in the historic landscape of this area – great scenery, romantic old houses and stories of the people who lived there.

This is expected to be a popular talk so please book early to avoid disappointment. Tickets are £3.00 and can be purchased online at www.inspireculture.org.uk/heritage, in person at the library or by phone on 01623 677200.
