Sleeping Beauty
5th to 9th December
Gainsborough Musical Theatre Society proudly presents the ever-popular pantomime Sleeping Beauty. A fun- filled, family pantomime to start your Christmas celebrations off in style. With all the usual characters to get you cheering in the aisles to the evil Carabosse who does everything she can to do away with Beauty. Will the Prince finally get his Beauty? Will Carabosse get her comeuppance? Come and find out.

The Santa Show: Santa’s Christmas Party

Help get Santa’s Christmas Party back on track in an adventure full of fun, festive songs and party games. Then meet Santa at his home in the North Pole, where every child will receive a special present from him after the most Christmassy Christmas show ever — ho-ho-ho!

An Audience with Father Christmas
Saturday 15th to Sunday 23rd December at 10.15am, 11.30am, 12.45pm, 2.00pm and 3.15pm daily
Experience the magic of Christmas at Lincoln Castle by joining Father Christmas in the Victorian setting of the Bath House at the Castle. Sit back and listen to stories of Christmases past and enjoy finding out more about Father Christmas himself. Every child will receive a Victorian style gift and have the opportunity to share their Christmas wishes. Places to meet Father Christmas are limited so advanced booking is recommended.

A spectacular Victorian inspired Light Show will form the centre of this brand new Christmas experience. Entitled ‘Marking Time’ and reflecting times past and present this extraordinary illumination and soundtrack will fill each evening with a sprinkling of Christmas magic. The breath-taking light show will be repeated through-out the evening, enabling you to stay as long as you like.

Bransby Horses
Bransby Horses Christmas Jumper Walk
Friday 21st December, 11.00am – 1.30pm
Join the Bransby Horses Christmas Jumper walk.
Whether you’ve got that traditional Christmas jumper you love to wear year on year, or are feeling a bit crafty and wish to make your own wacky jumper, everyone is welcome! Visit Santa’s Grotto as well, from 12.00pm to 2.00pm (£5.00 per child). There will be a mince pie and hot drink for all participants and a certificate on completion.

Christmas Adoption Star Spotting
Saturday 22nd December to Monday 31st December (visitor centre closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day), 10.00am – 3.00pm
