Morton Tea Dances
Morton tea dances continue to be held every four weeks on Thursday afternoons, from 2.00pm to 4.30pm at Morton Village Hall, with a tea break and raffle. The dancers celebrated Halloween with a fine range of costumes, and a buffet tea. The November tea dance was used to mark the end of WWI with decorations from Paul and Sue Willcock, and citation from David Lomas BEM as well as many dances from the time and a collection for Help the Heroes.
After the December dance, which was a Christmas party, three charities received donations from 2018. The dances will start the new season on 17th January.
